If you’ve ever tried to do CrossFit-style fitness in a commercial gym, you know how hard it can be to workout without annoying everyone around you.

We embrace being human. Life isn’t about stretching yourself thin with a do-everything-be-everything mentality. We’re honest about who we are. We don’t need the fancy home gym— we’re about efficiency and humility. More stuff creates more clutter. We want simple, not easy. Direct, but no shortcuts. 30 minutes each day can keep us healthy, fit, and ready for anything.

We don’t do Instagram-model fitness. Our home gym consists of minimal equipment and might even have some dirty laundry thrown on the side. If you want to wear makeup to workout, go for it! If you’re wearing an old t-shirt with a chocolate milk stain, go for it! This is about acceptance and growth. Fitness is a goal, not a filter.

We believe in CrossFit. The best thing you can do for your health and fitness is to find a great local CrossFit affiliate and join a community that wants the best for you. That said, not everyone has access to somewhere like that. There can be a million different excuses, and we’re not here to invalidate them. Instead, we meet our community where they’re at. We defy excuses and build habits to grow to our best. Minimal equipment. Minimal time. Minimal expense. Maximum support.

When I got started in CrossFit back in 2004, I was just another bro trying to find his way. Then it became everything — how I made a living, how I met my wife, and why I traveled around the world. My mission today is so different than when I was giving hours of my day to training. I’ve gone from dude to dad. My current goal in life is to raise three good men. And to do that, I’ve got to teach them about self-discipline, camaraderie, humility, and the power of a good mental game. What I know from 12+ years of coaching CrossFit is that it’s so much more than an exercise program. It can improve almost everything in your life. If I want to teach my sons good habits, I have to walk my talk because they are always watching and learning. Plus, I want to be fit enough to play with them, to do fun stuff with them, and be healthy into old age. In my free time, I surf, watch youtube, and dabble in knifemaking/blacksmithing.

3-Minute Workout Before Sleep to Slim Down Your Legs



Try a quick set of simple exercises that will take you no more than 3 minutes. You can do this workout from the comfort of your own bed or couch!

The short set we’re about to share with you was developed by famous American celebrity coach Tracy Anderson. It helps to eliminate “fat deposits” on the knees and hips that can appear even in slim people.

We’ll work out the front, back, and inner parts of your thighs. That’s right, kiss those thunder thighs goodbye! You can do this work-out from the comfort of your own bed or couch, and did we mention it takes only 3 minutes!

SUMMARY
Exercise #1. This exercise works and tones not only your quads but also your knees and abs. Don’t forget to keep your knees together and your thigh muscles tensed! Are you feeling the burn? That’s a good sign!
Exercise #2. This complex exercise works and tones the front and back part of the thighs, knees, and abs. If you’re feeling the tension in your hamstrings and a slight burning as well, you’re doing everything just fine.
Exercise #3. This exercise is incredible for working and toning your upper legs, buttocks, and abs. Make sure that your legs are always flexed and pressed against each other during the exercise. You should feel the pressure in your legs to know that you’re giving the muscles a good workout.
